Standalone technology services

Additional IT Services & Pricing

Practical IT services without a full managed-services package.

Not every technology requirement needs a complete managed IT agreement. Atomic Guardian provides focused cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, communications, hosting and professional IT services for organizations in Vaughan and the GTA that need help with a particular requirement or an independent assessment.

Some services have straightforward published pricing. Others depend on users, devices, locations, infrastructure, complexity, coverage and scope. Where an assessment is required, we explain what needs to be reviewed before quoting.

Security assessments & cybersecurity

Find the risks worth addressing first

One-Time Vulnerability Assessment

$1,497 one-time

Find out what an attacker may be able to find before they find it.

We examine the agreed technology environment for known vulnerabilities, outdated software, security weaknesses, configuration problems and other exploitable risks. The assessment is delivered using an enterprise-grade vulnerability-management platform that costs approximately $7,500 annually, with professional analysis and interpretation. You are purchasing the assessment, not the platform.

Continuous vulnerability scanning and remediation is the recommended long-term approach. If your organization has never had a formal assessment, this one-time review can be extremely revealing.

What you receive

  • Vulnerability scanning of the agreed environment
  • Known vulnerabilities and security weaknesses
  • Risk-based prioritization and immediate issues
  • Executive findings summary and technical recommendations
  • Review meeting to discuss findings and next steps

The result: You receive evidence showing where weaknesses exist and what should be addressed first.

Very large, complex or multi-location environments may require additional scoping.

Continuous Vulnerability Management

Custom monthly pricing

A one-time assessment is a snapshot. Your environment continues to change as new vulnerabilities are discovered, software changes, devices are introduced and configurations evolve. Ongoing service can include continuous scanning, risk prioritization, remediation tracking, verification and reporting.

We review the technology environment against the controls represented in your cyber-insurance questionnaire or application. The goal is not to sell insurance; it is to help ensure the technology behind the answers exists and is operating as expected. This is not legal or insurance advice.

When à la carte stops making sense

Need more than one of these services?

A Managed IT plan may cost less than buying everything separately.

À la carte services work well for a specific requirement. When a company begins combining technical support, monitoring, patching, cybersecurity, backup, firewall management, Microsoft 365 security, projects and account management, a Managed IT plan can provide a more complete operating model.

Atomic Foundation

$149/user/month

Managed IT support and proactive technology management.

Atomic Shield

$249/user/month

Managed IT plus layered cybersecurity and 24/7 security monitoring.

Atomic Guardian Complete

$399/user/month

Managed IT, cybersecurity, included project and field capabilities, plus governance support.

Already have an internal IT team?

Co-Managed IT is different from the à-la-carte services above. It is not a product with a standard monthly price because every internal IT department has different strengths, responsibilities, capacity, skills and coverage gaps. We define the responsibility split and price the capabilities your organization actually needs, whether that is service-desk overflow, network engineering, cybersecurity operations, Microsoft 365 expertise, project capacity or escalation support.

Questions answered

Additional IT Services Pricing FAQs

Do I need to be an Atomic Guardian Managed IT client to purchase these services?

No. Many of these services are available as standalone engagements. Some ongoing managed or security services may require onboarding or minimum technical standards before Atomic Guardian can support them responsibly. The requirement is discussed before work begins so the service, access and responsibilities are clear.

Why do some services have published prices while others require a quote?

Predictable services can have published pricing. Other work depends on the number of users, devices, locations, infrastructure, technical complexity and required coverage. Atomic Guardian would rather scope the service properly than publish a number that does not reflect the work required.

Can a one-time vulnerability assessment replace continuous vulnerability management?

No. A one-time assessment is a valuable snapshot and a practical starting point for an organization that has never completed one or wants an independent view. New vulnerabilities, software changes and configuration changes continue after the assessment. Continuous vulnerability management is the stronger long-term practice because it supports ongoing identification, prioritization and remediation.

Why does the Vulnerability Assessment cost $1,497?

The assessment is delivered using an enterprise-grade vulnerability-management platform that costs approximately $7,500 annually, combined with professional analysis, risk prioritization, reporting and a review discussion. The service is not simply a scan. It gives leaders and technical teams a clear view of the issues that should be addressed first.

Is Managed Firewall already included in Atomic Guardian Managed IT plans?

Applicable network and firewall protection is incorporated into Atomic Guardian’s Managed IT service model. The standalone Managed Firewall service is intended for organizations that need firewall management independently, so a Managed IT client should not purchase the same capability twice.

Can we start with one standalone service and move to Managed IT later?

Yes. An assessment, project, support engagement or standalone managed service can be a practical way to work together before considering a broader relationship. If the organization later needs multiple recurring services, Atomic Guardian can review whether a Managed IT plan is a more appropriate operating model.

What happens if a project requires more work than expected?

If a larger project or work outside the original scope becomes necessary, the requirement and the expected cost are discussed for approval before proceeding whenever reasonably possible. The goal is to keep scope visible and avoid surprise billing.

Do you provide these services outside Vaughan?

Atomic Guardian primarily serves Vaughan and the Greater Toronto Area. For work outside that area, the service, location and onsite requirements are reviewed before a commitment is made.
